Tolulope Oduba was born in Lagos, Nigeria. She currently is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business and mass-communication at Houston Baptist University, Houston, Texas. She was a staff writer for The Collegian newspaper, and she received the Reader’s Choice Award for Antithesis in May, 2009. As a versatile writer and an aspiring entrepreneur, she explores the mind of the poor– struggling to survive in a third world country
