Elise B. Curtin is currently working toward a master’s of science degree in nutrition. After graduating cum laude from Wagner College with a B.A. in English in 2005, she embarked upon a career in the publishing industry as a magazine writer and most recently, as the production editor for an educational publishing company in New York City. Now, she is a student once again, involving herself in food-related community endeavors whenever possible, and sharing her experiences and reflections on her blog: Sweet Sensitivity (www.sweetsensitivity.blogspot.com). Upon completion of her graduate coursework, Elise plans to devote her life and career to inspiring positive change in the way we as a planet produce and consume foods.
